Clare Valley provides the perfect climate for our olive trees. Our property is home to some 1200 olive trees, including eight different varieties of Verdale, Pendolino, Leccino, Kalamata, Manzanillo, Koroneki and Frantoio.

To compliment there are thriving species of orange, lemon, lemonade and lime, mandarin, persimmon, nectarine, apricot, pear, nashi pear, apples, cherry, walnut, chestnut and a 100-year-old Mulberry tree. Many of these make it into our products.

Plus a healthy supply of seasonal delights such as tomatoes, basil, rocket, asparagus, parsley, spinach, thyme, bay, oregano and chillies to name just a few.
